Dr. Boyer  

At Eisler Memorial Hospital, there is a surgeon named Dr. Boyer who was scheduled to work with another doctor during Mayor Roedeckers surgery. However, Tenma accidentally operated on Johan Liebert instead, leading to Dr. Boyer scolding him for causing Roedecks death and having to quickly find someone else to take his place in the operation. Due to this incident, Director Heinemann appointed Dr. Boyer as the new Head of Neurosurgery.
