Fuu Chein is a character from the Tenjho Tenge manga and anime series who served as Mitsuomi Takayanagis martial arts instructor under Dougen Takayanagi. He hails from Taiwan and was hired by Dougen to train Mitsuomi into an "ultimate warrior." Fu worked alongside Pei, a man from the mainland, who provided him with technology for training purposes. According to Pei, Fu has connections with the Chinese Mafia. Fuu is known for being angry and vengeful, often disregarding orders and expressing his dissatisfaction when Dougen is not present. He does not appear to have a fondness for the Japanese culture or people, only coming to Japan for financial reasons. Despite this, Fu usually follows instructions but may act on his own when he wishes to add excitement to a situation. Additionally, Fu can be quite arrogant and tends to boast excessively.
