Left Hand  

The talking left hand of D is always by his side, also known as the Countenanced Carbuncle. This entity has made its home in D's hand, but it's unclear why. Despite this, Lefty possesses supernatural abilities that are separate from D. While he often lets D handle most tasks, he occasionally uses these powers to assist him. However, more often than not, Lefty prefers to observe and make sarcastic comments about D's actions.
