Kotoha, despite her family's long history serving the Hime clan, has been friends with Arata since childhood. Although she recognizes that the person who is now known as Arata Hinohara isn't the same man she knew before, she believes he lost his memories after being consumed by the Kando Forest. Kotoha possesses a unique ability to heal and all women in her clan share this power. She accompanies Arata on his journey and will follow him wherever he goes.
