In Blue City's outskirts, there lived an enigmatic girl named Fenis who could communicate with RD's Liger Zero. She led him and his Zoid companion to a secluded location within the forest where an ancient Zoid lay dormant. While RD engaged in battle against Blake, Fenis attempted to revive the slumbering Zoid, almost as if she were praying to it with assistance from Matt, who somehow picked up on her voice. The awakened Zoid was none other than the Jet Falcon, which merged with Liger Zero to form the powerful Liger Zero Falcon. Although not explicitly stated, Fenis appeared to be linked to the Fire Phoenix. This connection was evident through her persuading RD not to flee, as she believed it would not align with his partner's wishes. Later in the episode, after RD achieved victory over Blake, he discovered Fenis' hairpin - a phoenix feather - on the ground, causing him to contemplate the possibility that she was the Fire Phoenix in human form. However, he quickly dismissed this idea.
