This fighter is one of three who challenge Gon and Killua on the 200th floor of Heavens Arena. Although he reached this level without using Nen, he was "initiated" after being attacked with a harmful aura attack and becoming paralyzed from the waist down. He fights with two whips known as Twin Snakes (Thunder Snakes), which have an electric shock built-in that is approximately 1,000,000 volts strong.
