In the initial stages of the series, Shun possessed long hair and displayed characteristics that were commonly associated with females, such as engaging in feminine hobbies and adopting a speech pattern typical of women. This led many individuals, including Chizuru, to mistakenly perceive him as being female. Later on, Masaki developed romantic feelings for him following his compassionate behavior towards her; however, Shun did not appear to reciprocate or acknowledge these sentiments.
