Nyxs mother was a servant in the household of Leina and Elina. She discovered a magical staff known as Funikura that granted her immense powers. However, she struggled to control it and became obsessed with justice, leading her to burn down the homes of perceived villains. Fearing losing her power and needing to crush all opposition, Nyx joined the tournament. In the first season's anime broadcast, she is briefly shown using a fire spell at the beginning of episode 3 on Queens Blade.
