Touka is a sniper who learned self-defense techniques and riflery from her father, a former soldier, and his comrades. She won the youngest ever shooting competition in her hometown at a young age. After her mother's death, she spent two years attached to a PMC alongside her father. Touka can be quite belligerent and sometimes breaks into outbursts of violence. Despite this, she is known for being curious about the world and having a pragmatic side. She possesses shrewdness and inner strength that belies her cute, childish exterior. As a child, Touka was known for taking an instant dislike to anyone she met and pushing a shotgun in the face of cold-callers who came knocking on her door. Despite this, she is clearly desperate to be regarded as a friend by others, though she may not put much effort into it herself. Additionally, Touka has a complex about her small stature and tries to act all grown up to compensate for it.
