In both the manga and anime versions, a character named Keiko was bullied by a ganguro kogal who later became friends with Roxanne and herself. The bully's name in the manga is not specified, but she appears alongside Roxanne and Keiko during the Tel Tel Boy fight in the anime. In both versions, Tamaki cheers on Team AHO for most of the story. The character who bullied Keiko later becomes Terry the Kid's love interest. She was the first hostage to be captured in the Poison Six Pack saga and was saved by Terry the Kid and Jade.
