Yuu Matsumi

Yuu Matsumi is a high school student at Achiga Girls Academy in Nara Prefecture and star of the manga "Saki Achiga-hen episode of side-A". She's Kuro Matsumis older sister. As a child, she wished to join Achigas mahjong club but felt it would be uncomfortable due to her age difference. Yuu is highly sensitive to cold temperatures and dresses completely when venturing outside, even during the summer months.
Yuu's ability is that she can draw alot of manzu and chun tiles, so her hand is manly composed of these tiles. She also draws these tiles because she feels warmer drawing in warm tiles. As a result, her tile possession distribution is generally skewed toward the character tiles. When that playing style fails, Yuu draws in all red tiles and becomes difficult to defend against. According to Kuro, Yuu is just as good as she is at mahjong.
