A kind old shaman, apparently of Native American descent. Laughing Bull lives on Mars, and figures prominently in a number of Cowboy Bebop sessions. Spike goes to Laughing Bull for advice in Session 1 while looking for bounty head Asimov; in "The Real Folk Blues, Part 2", Jet goes to him for information on Spikes whereabouts. Laughing Bull also succors Spike after his fight with Vincent in Cowboy Bebop The Movie. Laughing Bull has a son, to whom he occasionally imparts his wisdom. Laughing Bull refers to Spike as "Swimming Bird", and calls Jet "Running Rock". (wikipedia)
