On New Island, only a few Pokemon trainers managed to arrive, including Neesha and her companions Corey, Fergus, Ash, and his friends. Neesha traveled there on the backs of Dewgongs. During the battle against Mewtwo (or rather its Blastoise clone), Neesha used Shellshocker with her Blastoise to fight, but Mewtwos cloned Blastoise easily defeated it with a Rapid Spin attack. All of Neeshas Pokemon were also cloned by Mewtwo on New Island.
