Initially, Spyke had a Medarot named Cyandog who consistently lost battles because he possessed a Monkey medal in a Canine body. Despite this, Cyandog was later upgraded to a more advanced Krosserdog body but retained the medal. This occurred after Cyandog ran away from Spyke due to feeling unproductive. Cyandog then joined the Rockers and engaged in a robattle with Metabee. Although Metabee initially believed that this battle would be different than previous ones against Cyandog, he ultimately destroyed each of Cyandogs parts one by one. Despite being severely damaged, Cyandog persisted in attacking Metabee. Eventually, Metabee blasted Cyandog in the head with his laser cannon, believing the robattle to be over as Cyandogs head part was now at 100% damage. However, to everyone's surprise, Cyandog miraculously got back up again, marking the first time a Medarot had survived from a function cease. Metabee, having no other choice, attempted to destroy Cyandog once more. But before he could do so, Spyke intervened in the conversation with his old Medarot. As a result, Cyandog finally succumbed and his body was never used again due to the extensive damage it sustained from being blasted by Metabee.
