Antonio initially encountered Romeo and Alfredo at The Wildcat shop in Locarno, where they were held up for some time along with Dante and Michaelo. Later on, he took up the job of a chimney sweep in Milan and joined the Black Brothers while doing so. It turns out that Antonio had a younger sibling named Jusette who was also employed as a chimney sweep in Milan prior to him. Unfortunately, Jusette didn't complete his contract in Milan and passed away after going without food for an entire month. In contrast, Antonio managed to finish his own contract when spring arrived.
