Neon is one of the female members of Uruha Oto (Sound) and part of the Jyushinshuu, alongside Mikoto. In terms of strength, she ranks eighth among the group, including herself and others such as Noroi, Kai, Raiha, Joker, Rasen, and Meguri Kyōza in raw power. Neon is described as slender but curvaceous with multi-colored hair that's mainly black, featuring two red streaks. She also has a busty figure. Her attire consists of a revealing one-piece outfit secured by a belt at her waist, falling down to her ankles and adorned with a musical note symbolizing her affiliation to the sound element. In the anime, Neon's hair turns dark red as her two streaks become orange. Meanwhile, in the manga, she maintains her outfit but adds a single blue pauldron armor on the right side of it.
