In Ulthar's village, there lived a cat named Tim who belonged to Mina. He was chosen as the first feline ruler by his fellow cats. Despite being close to Mina and allowing her to touch him on the window sill, Tim showed dislike towards Matthew, her husband. This behavior demonstrated both intelligence and anger, culminating in Tim killing Matthew.
