A medical student at Tokyo University who opposes the CROWDS system believes humans are not capable of utilizing it correctly. He leads a secret terrorist organization known as "VAPE," made up of individuals using red-colored CROWDS. This individual also has a magenta NOTE, similar to Rui's, which he obtained from Berg Katze. Although he initially refrained from using the NOTE until the CROWDS system was established, he ultimately decided to employ it in an attempt to dismantle the system.
