Shinra is a Fire Officer Second Class from the 8th Special Fire Brigade, with an ability that lets him shoot flames out of his feet. He was held accountable for a fire mishap twelve years prior to the series' start, which resulted in the death of his mother and brother. Due to this history and appearance, he has earned the nickname "Devil." Despite everything, Shinra aspires to become a hero who safeguards everyone.
