The female protagonist in this story is Nanana, who has been bound to Juugos room since she was murdered 10 years ago. Despite being unable to find peace, Nanana spends all of her time playing video games and eating pudding, which has become her only source of sustenance. As a result, she is forced to live as a NEET (not in education, employment or training). Although Nanana enjoys her current lifestyle, she feels lonely due to the fact that Juugo rents out the room. In reality, Nanana was an exceptional student who had a passion for adventure and founded the Nanae Island project with six other high school students known as the "Great 7." Her collection of artifacts and treasures from her treasure hunting adventures were rumored to be vast, and part of it was used to fund her project. The rest of the treasure was hidden throughout the island. Among her possessions are rare and mysterious objects with magical properties.
