An elderly gentleman named Tofukuji resides at the Gochiso apartments. Despite being retired, he has a strong interest in Fuko Kuzuha, which is evident through his collection of photographs adorning his apartment walls. Although this interest may be considered taboo, Tofukuji's intentions are generally harmless and kind-hearted. He often puts others before himself and goes to great lengths to help Hibiki or satisfy his own desires for upskirts. His close friend is Mori Koji.
