Keel is a resident of Raphtalias home village and her childhood friend.
Spoilers:
She later becomes the Scythe Hero.
It was later revealed that Keel is actually a girl, and the subject herself believed she was a male until Naofumi told her the differences between genders. Through the training Sadina gave her, Kiel is able to transform into a dog.
