Tatsuya is a senior student at Seven Sisters High School who lives with his parents and older brother Katsuya. However, due to an incident that resulted in his father's resignation from the police force, he has been distant from his family for some time. Alongside Anna Yoshizaka, Tatsuya frequently skips school. He wields two-handed swords as his initial Persona is Vulcanus and ultimate Persona is Apollo. An engraved Zippo lighter is always carried by him and he often flicks it open and shut.
