An anime character who resembles Duke Dracul from the manga. Unlike Kiniski, Duke Dracul has a more refined appearance with short hair. He is an older man in good physical condition. Although he does not have any connection to the first princess, it appears that he falls under Severin's authority. In episode 20, Duke Dracul kidnapped Hiro and exiled Reiri similarly to how Kiniski did.
