During the Scarlet Night, Eleanor lost loved ones and joined the Abbey as an exorcist to help others. She encountered Velvet Crowe several times while performing her duties. Eleanor has light skin, green eyes, and reddish hair, and she wears a pale gold dress with a blue overcoat, which are the colors of the Abbey. Despite trying to appear ruthless and logical as an exorcist, Eleanor's kind and compassionate nature shines through. She always remembers that she joined the Abbey to help people and listens to their needs after exterminating daemons. Like Alisha Diphda from Tales of Zestiria, Eleanor specializes in using her spear for wide, sweeping attacks.
