Kinichi Tohyama (Kana) is an individual who possesses the ability to utilize Hysteria Savant Syndrome. He has a younger brother named Kinji, who also exhibits this condition. Unlike his sibling, however, Kinichi can enter HSS at will by crossdressing as Kana, a beautiful woman. This process allows him to activate Hysteria Mode through sexual arousal. While in the role of Kana, he loses his perception of himself as male and does not respond when addressed as such by his brother Kinji. Moreover, while dressed as Kana, he is exempt from the usual restriction against harming women that applies to individuals in Hysteria Mode. As a result, he is able to inflict injury upon them.
