Jack Cisco  

This individual is an accomplished mercenary with a history of success prior to his first encounter with the Blitz Team. He operates a cheetah-like Zoid known as Lightning Saix, and is characterized by an aloof and arrogant demeanor. Initially working as a freelancer, he only accepted assignments from individuals with sufficient funds and "luck." Over time, he acquired two teammates who also piloted Lightning Saixes, enabling them to employ a slipstream strategy that ultimately led to the defeat of the Blitz Team in the Royal Cup competition.
