Hikari TV
Hikari TV (我 か りTV?) is one television platform commercial Japanese for the digital cable television, offer for a fee from NTT Plala and I-Cast. The service is provided by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone up optical fiber, exclusively in Japan for users of his telecommunication network.[2]
Launched in 2008, it was the first large platform to successfully use technology IPTV with protocol IPv6.[3] In 2017 it had about 3 million subscribers
