Netflix Streams Live-Action I Love You Just a Little Bit Series
All 10 English-subtitled episodes of 2017 series starring Haru, Masahiro Higashide, Riisa Naka, Nobuyuki Suzuki
On Wednesday, Netflix made available the live-action adaptation of Ryo Ikuemi's manga Anata no Koto wa Sorehodo (I Love You Just a Little Bit). This release includes all 10 episodes with English subtitles.
The story follows Mitsu, a woman around the age of 30 who is married to the second man she fell in love with. She begins having an affair with her first love, her former middle school classmate Arishima. Both of them are already married, and Mitsu's husband begins to suspect her.
In April 2017, the show first aired with actors such as Haru, Masahiro Higashide, Riisa Naka, and Nobuyuki Suzuki starring in it.
In September 2010, Ikuemi released the manga as a single issue in a magazine. Later, in May 2011, it was launched as a series in Shodensha's Feel Young magazine. The series ended in July 2017. Shodensha released six collected editions of the manga for readers.
In 1993, an original video anime was created based on Ikuemi's Pops manga. In 2013, her Kiyoku Yawaku manga was adapted into a live-action film. JManga distributed Ikuemi's Cousin manga in English before shutting down. Manga Planet licensed Ikuemi's There is a Limit to Cuteness cat manga, which Home-sha published in 2011.
