Silent Witch Anime Casts Yōko Hikasa as Bridget Greyham
Anime reveals new cast member every Saturday
On Saturday, it was announced by Aniplex that the Silent Witch anime series, which is based on the light novel written by Matsuri Isora and illustrated by Nanna Fujimi, has cast Yōko Hikasa as Bridget Greyham, who is a member of the student council at Serendia Academy.
The staff are revealing a new cast member for the anime every Saturday.
The series will debut on television in July.
The anime will star:

- Atsumi Tanezaki as Isabelle Norton
- Shōgo Sakata as Felix Arc Ridill

- Yuki Sakakihara as Neil Clay Maywood
Takaomi Kanasaki is the chief director for Princess Connect! Re:Dive, as well as being involved in scriptwriting, supervision, and sound direction. Yasuo Iwamoto is directing the anime for Princess Connect! Re:Dive season 2. Studio Gokumi is producing the anime. Cona Nitanda is the character designer for Lucky na Safari de Oni Gokko!?. Cygames and Rina Tayama are credited for music in Princess Connect! Re:Dive. Yoshinori Iwanaga is responsible for monster and prop design in Princess Connect! Re:Dive. Eri Yamanashi and Yukiko Maruyama are the art directors for Princess Connect! Re:Dive. Saori Yoshida is responsible for color setting in Princess Connect! Re:Dive. Kana Imagaki is the director of 3D CG for Princess Connect! Re:Dive. Naoki Etō is in charge of photography for Princess Connect! Re:Dive. Kashiko Kimura is the editor for Princess Connect! Re:Dive.
In February 2020, the initial versions of the novels were introduced on the Let's Become Novelists website. Kadokawa began publishing these light novels in June 2021, with the ninth volume released on February 10th. The tenth volume is scheduled for this summer. Additionally, Isora and Fujimi published a two-volume prequel series titled Silent Witch -another- Kekkai no Majutsushi no Nariagari in December 2023, with the second and final volume shipping in April 2024.
In July 2021, Tobi Tana released a manga version of Kadokawa 's B's-LOG COMIC based on the original novels. On January 31, the fifth compiled book volume was released in Japan. Additionally, Azu Azuko introduced a manga adaptation of Silent Witch -another- prequel novels from Kekkai no Majutsushi no Nariagari on January 9 on Kadokawa 's ComicWalker service.
Yen Press licensed the novels, and releases the series under the title Secrets of the Silent Witch . The publisher describes the story:
Monica Everett, the Silent Witch, is the world's only practitioner of Voiceless Magic, a veritable heroine who single-handedly fended off the Black Dragon of legend. However, the young prodigy is actually…super-duper shy! Yup, turns out she only learned Voiceless Magic to avoid speaking in public. Yen Press also licensed Tana, Isora, and Fujimi's Secrets of the Silent Witch manga.
