Image via Manga Plus' X/Twitter account On Wednesday, it was revealed by Shueisha that their MANGA Plus platform now includes Toshio Sako 's Genikasuri boxing manga. Currently, the first 14 chapters of this series are accessible through the service.

On February 6th, Sako introduced their new manga series in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine. On June 18th, Shueisha will release the first book volume of this series.
In February 2024, Sako concluded the Batuque manga series that was being published in Shueisha 's Tonari no Young Jump web magazine and the Yanjan! app. The final volume of the series was shipped by Shueisha in March 2024. The Batuque manga was launched by Sako in Shueisha 's Young Jump magazine in July 2018, and it was later moved online to the Tonari no Young Jump web magazine and the Yanjan! app in May 2020.
In October 2021, Weekly Young Jump published a new manga titled "Usogui: Tokubetsu-hen" (The Lie Eater: Special Arc), which was announced earlier with the same title. This manga series ended in November 2021.
In 2006, Sako started working on the Usogui manga series which ended in December 2017 after releasing 49 volumes. An OVA adaptation of the series was released with the manga's 26th volume in 2012. Additionally, a live-action film based on the series premiered in February 2022.
