Solo artist Oshikikeigo performs opening theme
On Friday, it was announced that the TV anime adaptation of Yūgo Kobayashi's manga series Fermat no Ryōri (also known as Cuisson dans le Fermat or Fermat's Cuisine) will be premiering on TV Asahi and its affiliates on July 5th. The show will air every Saturday at 11:30 p.m., as part of the "IMAnimation" programming block.
An anime called Maillard has an introductory tune sung by solo musician Oshikikeigo. Meanwhile, DXTEEN, consisting of six members, sings the outro tune titled "Change Over" for this anime.
The anime's cast members include:

Takeshi Okamoto and Satsuki Kashiwagi are the lead directors for this anime production. Miyuki Kaieda is assisting them as an associate director. The Domerica studio is responsible for producing this anime series as well as composing its script and series composition. Characters in this anime were designed by Takeshi Okamoto and Satsuki Kashiwagi. Satoshi Igarashi is responsible for creating the music that accompanies this anime series. Mari Takada is in charge of overseeing the artwork used in this anime while Kumi Satō is credited for setting up the art used in this production. Ami Watanabe is responsible for adding color to this anime series while Koji Yamakoshi and Mayumi Kamada directed its compositing process. Asuka Fukada is in charge of directing the creation of computer-generated imagery used in this anime while Satoshi Motoyama is responsible for directing its sound effects. Sound production for this anime was done at the sound studio KANON.
The manga centers on Gaku Kitada, a talented mathematics scholar, and Kai Asakura, a young but similarly talented chef. After Gaku suffers setbacks on his dream of becoming a mathematician, he meets Kai as he is running his own food business, and joins Kai in an attempt at something new.
Kobayashi launched ( link ) In September 2018, the fifth volume of the manga published by Kodansha in their Monthly Shonen Magazine was released. As of April 30th, this popular manga has sold over 23 million copies worldwide.
Kobayashi launched ( link ) In January 2015, the Aoashi manga was published in Shogakukan's Weekly Big Comic Spirits magazine. Naohiko Ueno collaborated on the original story and research up until the manga's 17th volume. The manga will conclude with its 40th volume. The Aoashi manga received the Best General Manga award at the 65th Shogakukan Manga Awards.
An animated series based on the Aoashi manga was introduced on TV in April 2022. Crunchyroll made it available for streaming while it was being broadcasted. There is a plan for a second season of this show which will be released in 2026.
