Director Haruo Sotozaki, Director of Photography Yuichi Terao, English voice actor Aleks Le will be present in Infinity Castle.
On July 24-27 at San Diego Comic-Con International, Crunchyroll is set to host special guests from the : Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle finale film project at Hall H, which has a capacity of 6,500 seats. These guests include Haruo Sotozaki, the franchise's longtime director; Yuichi Terao, the compositing director of photography; Natsuki Hanae, the Japanese voice actor for Tanjiro; Aleks Le, the English voice actor for Zenitsu; and LiSA, the theme song artist. They are all scheduled to appear at Hall H on Saturday, July 26 at 5:45 p.m. EDT.
Ufotable, the anime studio behind Demon Slayer, has not attended any events in the US since the show premiered in 2019. LiSA performed at San Diego Comic-Con last year in the "Crunchyroll Concert Series," which was her first performance in the US since Anime Boston in 2015.
On July 18th in Japan, the initial installment of the
: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle movie will be released on 443 screens (a franchise record). Additionally, IMAX screenings will be available. Beyond Japan,
Aniplex aims for this new movie to be shown in more than 150 countries and regions worldwide, which is greater than the franchise's previous global tour that included over 145 countries and regions.
On September 12th in the US and Canada,
Crunchyroll,
Sony Pictures Entertainment, and
Aniplex are set to showcase the first movie in cinemas, including IMAX and other large-screen formats. Both Japanese with English subtitles and English dub versions of the film will be available for viewers.
In April 2019, the initial TV anime adaptation of
Koyoharu Gotouge's manga series "
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" was released.
Aniplex of America obtained the rights for the series and made it available for streaming on
Hulu,
Crunchyroll, and
Funimation. Later in October 2019, "
Demon Slayer" was introduced on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block for TV broadcast.
