Shōgo Sakata, Ami Maeshima, Mitsuki Saiga join cast




On Monday, the team behind the TV anime version of Makoto Kudo's My Awkward Senpai manga shared the main visual and promotional video, as well as additional cast members, staff, and information about its October release on Tokyo MX and BS NTV channels. The video also features a preview of the opening theme song "Bukiyō na I love you" (The Awkward I love you) by angela.

The newly announced cast are:

Lynn will voice the protagonist Azusa Kannawa.

The anime "Acro Trip" is being directed by Ayumu Kotake at Studio Elle. Mio Inoue is responsible for writing the series scripts, Kenrō Tokuda is in charge of character design, and Kōji Fujimoto is composing the music for the show.

Comikey and Square Enix 's Manga UP! Global service both publish ( link ) the manga in English digitally. Manga UP! describes the story:

Kannawa-senpai is considered many things, but smooth is definitely not one of them. Then she meets Kamegawa, her new Kouhai. He's cute, a little nerdy, and easy to talk to. How will this awkward Senpai be able to handle these new feelings?!

In March 2019, Kudo first shared their manga on their Twitter account under the handle X/. In December of that same year, the series began serializing in Square Enix 's Young Gangan magazine. On March 25th, Square Enix released the ninth volume of the manga, with the tenth volume set for release on September 25th.
