Street Fighter 6 Game's Trailer Previews C. Viper
C. Viper set for release in fall; new Outfit 4 showcase video also revealed
On Sunday, Capcom released a video showcasing the upcoming character C. Viper in Street Fighter 6. This character will be included in the game this fall.

Capcom unveiled a display of clothing options for Luke, Jamie, Kimberly, Manon, Akira, Cammy, and Chun-Li in Outfit 4.

C. Viper is the second character in the game's Year 3 Character Pass.
Sagat launches on August 5.
Besides C. Viper, Alex is set to launch in early spring 2026, while Ingrid is scheduled for release in late spring of the same year.
In June 2024, the game introduced its first character, M. Bison, who was part of the Year 2 Character Pass. On September 24, Terry Bogard was added as the second character, having been featured in Fatal Fury crossovers. On February 5, Mai Shiranui was also included as a Fatal Fury crossover character. Elena was added as the fourth character on June 5.
In June 2023, Street Fighter 6 was released on multiple platforms including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam. On the same day, Nintendo Switch released Street Fighter 6 as part of its launch lineup. Additionally, the Street Fighter 6 Years 1-2 Fighters Edition version was also released on June 5.
This game has recently introduced a live commentary feature that features renowned commentators from the fighting game community providing insights into the match as it unfolds. This feature is available in subtitles in thirteen different languages. Commentators include Zelina Vega (also known as Thea Trinidad), Vicious, Aru, Kōsuke Hiraiwa of Japan, and Demon Kakka (formerly Demon Kogure) of Sekima II band fame.
Street Fighter V has several familiar faces such as Ryu, Chun-li, and Luke. Additionally, it features a newcomer named Jamie who is a breakdancing kickboxer. The initial roster includes Manon, Kimberly, Marisa, Lily, JP, Juri, Dee Jay, Cammy, E. Honda, Blanka, Guile, Ken, Zangief, Dhalsim, as well as other characters.
The initial set of downloadable content (DLC) characters for the game comprises four individuals: Rashid, who has previously appeared in the game; A.K.I., who is a new addition; Ed, who is another returning character; and Akuma, who is also back. Customers can choose to buy each character separately or opt for the entire collection in a season pass.
