Gō Ikeyamada Launches New Manga on August 20
Makeheroine desu ga Kekkonshimasu launches on August 20
On Tuesday, it was announced that Gō Ikeyamada will launch a new manga called Makeheroine desu ga Kekkonshimasu ~Kono Naka ni Watashi no Otto ga Iru!?~ in the next issue of Sho-Comi magazine, which is scheduled for August 20th.
The series follows recently heartbroken Reo, who had her boyfriend stolen by a friend. She joins a marriage dating app only to discover three suitors with 100% compatibility. She soon finds herself in a love triangle that might include her ex-boyfriend.
In August 2023, Shogakukan published Ikeyamada's manga series titled "I Want the Takanashi Family's Younger Sister to Be My Bride!!!" in its Sho-Comi magazine.
Ikeyamada ended her Isekai Maō wa Fujoshi o Zettai Nigasanai (The Demon King From Another World Will Not Allow the Fujoshi to Get Away) manga (image right) in February 2022.
In July 2020, Ikeyamada started publishing their manga on Sho-Comi. And then, in September 2022, Shogakukan released the seventh and last volume of that same manga.
In November 2015, the manga series "Kawai Sugite Tsurai!!" by Ikeyamada was concluded in Sho-Comi. Viz Media published this 15-volume manga in North America. Additionally, two original anime DVDs were released for this manga series.
Ikeyamada's Suki Desu Suzuki-kun!! manga inspired a 2010 original anime DVD .
