Atsuhiro Inukai, Ayato, Asahi Itō, Akihisa Shiono, Hayate Wada return on November 9




On Tuesday, it was revealed that Zettai BL ni Naru Sekai vs Zettai BL ni Naritakunai Otoko, the live-action adaptation of Konkichi 's A Man Who Defies the World of BL manga, would have its final season, titled Zettai BL ni Naru Sekai vs Zettai BL ni Naritakunai Otoko Final. This season will air on ABC TV in Kansai region on November 9 at 25:10 JST (which translates to November 10 at 1:10 a.m.). Additionally, a teaser promotional video featuring the cast was released to announce the final season.

In the upcoming season of the anime series, Atsushiro Inukai will once again be featured as the main character. Along with him are several familiar faces from previous seasons, including Yūtarō as Ayato, Asahi Itō as Kikuchi, Akihisa Shiono as Tōjō, and Hayate Wada as Mayama, the creator of the BL manga.

The last season will follow the narrative from the fifth book in the manga series. In contrast to previous seasons that were available on premium subscriptions or streaming platforms, this season will be shown first on over-the-air broadcast TV.

The last season of "Kimi no Boku" will be directed by Kōichirō Miki, who wrote the previous season's script. Erina Koyama will return as the composer for this season. Amazing Entertainment will handle production planning and execution, while FINE Entertainment will assist in production. Asahi Broadcasting TV, NTT Docomo Studio & Live will contribute to production writing for this season.

In March 2021, the initial episode of the show was shown on the premium television network Asahi Channel 1 in Japan. Viki made the first season available for streaming online. This platform provides a summary of the show's plot.

The second season of Zettai BL ni Naru Sekai vs Zettai BL ni Naritakunai Otoko was released on Lemino streaming service in March 2022. On April 2024, the third season of this series was launched on Lemino streaming service.

In November 2018, Konkichi started publishing its manga series on pixiv Comic. Feel Comics FC Jam from Shodensha released four compiled volumes of this manga. Shinchosha published the fifth volume of this manga in October 2024.
