An AnimeJapan 2025 stage event on Sunday for the television anime of Tatsurō Suga 's Catch Me at the Ballpark! ( Ballpark de Tsukamaete! ) manga revealed the show's main promotional video. The video previews GENIC 's opening theme song "Hurray!!"

It will also be shown on AT-X and BS NTV, and can be streamed on Japanese platforms such as ABEMA, Lemino, and Anime Times. Additionally, Crunchyroll will provide simultaneous streaming as it airs.
The story follows Murata, an office worker, who meets Ruriko, a vendor selling beer who looks like a gyaru . He becomes her first regular customer. Ruriko acts cold toward Murata, but she has an innocent personality that comes out when he is out of sight.
EMT Squared has appointed Jun'ichi Kitamura as the director for their upcoming anime series. Shigeru Murakoshi will be in charge of writing the scripts for this project. Fumio Iida has been tasked with designing the characters for the series. MONACA has been commissioned to compose the music for this production.
The group known as GENIC is currently playing the introductory tune titled "Hurray!!".
In September 2020, Suga introduced their manga series in Kodansha's Morning magazine. On Friday, Kodansha released the 16th volume of the compiled books for this series.
