The release includes a crossover between Hibi Chouchou and Hirunaka no Ryuusei as well as Margaret #11. This is presented in separate volumes as a supplement to the story. In Shopping Biyori no Shinhakken, Suiren goes on a shopping mall date with Kawasumi but gets lost. She ends up at the Lost Child center where Suzume and Mamura appear. Meanwhile, in Suzume no Parallel Koukou Nikki, Suzume steals everyone's attention during the high school entrance ceremony despite not being particularly beautiful. Despite this, Kawasumi remains uninterested.
