After one of the most devastating events in human history, an organization called Future Foundation was established to save the world. Additionally, the Special Crime Investigations division was formed with the primary objective of investigating bizarre and gruesome murders. The newest recruit to this team is Misaki Asano, who is intelligent, optimistic, and dislikes gore. Despite her aversion to bloodshed, she remains determined to bring light into a world that has been plunged into darkness. Misaki's first assignment with the organization involves investigating the discovery of several corpses at an idols concert. Although Takumi Hijirihara quickly solves the case, the killer is soon found dismembered by a mysterious murderer known as "Killer Killer." Leaving behind only a cute note at the scene, Killer Killer has been evading the Foundation for some time now. However, it's possible that the mastermind behind these heinous crimes may be closer than they realize.
