Jingi Kikukawa was undefeated for 13 years and recently transferred to the school in Touun. Each school has a warrior leader to protect them from art lovers' disputes. After meeting with Yasuoka, the leader of Touun, Jingi became the new leader. However, he will soon face his nemesis, Sho Takeshima, head of a gang that controls western Japan, who will teach him a lesson in battle.

Otokozaka began serialization in Weekly Shounen Jump 1984 #32 and ended in the 1985 #12 issue. In 2014, 29 years later, serialization restarted on Weekly Playboys official site (週プレNEWS).
