In that particular location, there was a wandering sorceress named Elaina. During her extensive journey, she encountered numerous individuals and nations while traversing various lands. Among them were a nation exclusive to magical beings, an enormous muscle enthusiast, a young man yearning to free his beloved from the clutches of death, a forsaken princess residing in a ruined kingdom, and Elaina's own tale up until this point and her future adventures. While encountering extraordinary individuals and relishing in some breathtaking moments, she continues spinning tales of her encounters and farewells as she rushes to meet her next destination.

Majo no Tabitabi has been published digitally and physically in English as Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina by Square Enix since May 12, 2020 and July 14, 2020, respectively.
