Anne of Green Gables, Redheaded Anne, 赤毛のアン

Miss Marilla Cuthbert and Mr. Matthew Cuthbert, who are siblings living on their farm in Avonlea, Prince Edward Island, decide to adopt an orphan boy from the asylum for help with their farming duties. However, they end up adopting a precocious girl named Anne Shirley instead. Anne is intelligent and energetic, but she's not happy with her name, has freckles on her pale face, and long red hair. Despite being a child of imagination, Anne quickly adjusts to life in Prince Edward Island.
