In december of universal century 0079, the federation had discovered that one of their gundams was being developed in an arctic base. the elite zeon ms commandos were sent to destroy this prototype, but they failed to accomplish their mission before it was launched into space. it was later found out that the gundam was located inside a federation r&d base on side 6. in response, the principality attempted to launch a covert operation to eliminate the gundam. however, this raid also failed and now zeon is threatening to launch a nuclear strike against the colony unless the last remaining commando can destroy it.
