Lieutenant Quattro and his wingmen, Lieutenant JGs Apolly and Roberto, are sent to investigate mobile suit development at Green Noa's civilian colonies by Ensign Reccoa Londe. Meanwhile, Kamille Bidan rushes to the spaceport where Captain Bright Noa is docking on Green Noa 1. He hopes to get an autograph from him. However, Jerid interrupts them and insults Captain Bright for receiving a two-rank demotion after refusing to join Titans. Jerid takes Kamille's photo and asks him to sign it as an elite member of the Federation. The two engage in a scuffle, and Kamille is arrested for questioning. Matosh questions Kamille about being an AEUG insider, but he is released after his story checks out. Suddenly, the Gundam MK-II crashes into the building where Captain Bright Noa was located.
