Madoka Kyouno is an energetic girl with a passion for helping others. She's the only member of her school's Jersey Club and spends her time assisting people in need. Her life takes a dramatic turn when she receives an unexpected request from a mysterious girl named Lan to pilot a robot. Despite being hesitant, Madoka agrees to take on this responsibility out of a desire to protect Kamogawa City and its inhabitants from extraterrestrial threats that have invaded Earth.
