In 22 h.c., shinjuku is inhabited by monsters and goblins, putting humans at risk. the town has become a hotbed for crime. natsuki sasahara, a novice police officer and bounty hunter, is being trained under the guidance of her superior, batanen fujioka, who is also a werewolf with magical powers. despite being new to the job, natsuki is learning to handle the demands of her profession.
