Tokyo is where he resides, and his blood type is AB. He received the Best Supporting Actor Award as Kodaka Hasegawa in Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai. Along with fellow seiyuus Takuya Eguchi and Tsubasa Yonaga, he is part of the trio Trignal. As a host for Kiramune label's Radio, he currently co-hosts Trignal no Kira☆Kira Beat R alongside his fellow seiyuu Nobuhiko Okamoto. He also hosts Dengeki Girls Smile with fellow seiyuu Takahiro Mizushima and Kimura Ryouhei in a side-by-side arrangement.
