Ryuuichi Makino  

Born in Japan in 1962, Mr. Makino began his career as a young animator after graduating from anime school. He worked as a key-frame animator in a studio for a year before leaving due to his signing with other anime work behind their back. After leaving, he became a freelancer and gained recognition for his work drawing female characters in games and anime magazines. In 1985, he met Mr. Hayashi Hiroki through another studio and later joined him in designing "Battle Athletes". He later worked for AIC as one of their main animation directors and character designers, where he directed "Please Teacher" and "Petite Princess Yucie". His latest project is "BPS".
