Plans are being made to launch an attack on the Neuroi, who are invading aliens from another planet. The main goal is to protect Berlin, which is the capital city of Karlsland and crucial in defeating the threat posed by the Neuroi. However, since the enemy can change their tactics daily, it's uncertain if the current allied forces and Striker technology will be enough to win the battle. Meanwhile, Yoshika Miyafuji, a Witch from Fuso who recently regained her magical abilities after an incident that left her powerless, is studying medicine in Lausanne. She's eager to contribute to the war effort and help defeat the Neuroi. The call to arms soon arrives, and the scattered witches of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing must be reunited for a final push against the enemy.
